Spring had come and left too
I remained drenched in the rains
Summer's winds could not dry
Neither could the winter freeze
Autum ran here and there but
I remained drenched in the rains
Those glorious rains!
Waters from the heaven,
trickles of sweet hope and stark faith
Gushes of angst of all things missed
The lazy afternoon showers of sunlit confusion
Meaningless drizzles of daily conversations
Whichever way life chose to wet me,
I remain drenched in the rain.
